CUSTOM CRAFT - Design Build Remodel

I first met Joe through our local NARI chapter, where we both served as committee chairs on the board of directors. Since then, we’ve worked on a few residential construction projects together. Joe is one of a kind in his creativity. He has the unique ability to thoughtfully design new structures while taking into consideration the architectural features of the existing building and surrounding community. I would recommend Joe Augustine & JFA Architecture to homeowners or organizations looking for creative, professional architectural services for their next construction project.

We hired JFA Architecture for our main floor renovation (kitchen, dining room, music room, family room, laundry and powder rooms). This was a major renovation that included removing walls, moving a bathroom and laundry room and eliminating an entire staircase. From our first meeting discussing concepts with JFA to the completion of the project, we were 100 % satisfied. Joe came up with ideas we would never have thought of and it made all the difference in making our house our dream home. He was always available to answer questions, even shopped with me to help in all the decision making. He recommended the builder/contractor based on his knowledge of our needs. He could not have made a better choice. They worked well with JFA as well as with me and my husband. Once the work began,he was hands on and aware of each phase of the project and came to the house if we needed him to. We will certainly be using him again for our second floor renovation.

His addition/renovation designs seamlessly blend with the origins of the home. Joe's designs are 3 dimensionally rendered, which allows for an unparalleled ability for home owner to understand the designs, and know exactly what they should expect. We have worked with JFA Architecture on new custom homes, whole house renovations, pool houses, kitchen renovations, and everything in between - and all of the projects are beautiful!
