Mr. Clark and I have worked on several high end secure home projects, including confidential safe rooms, EMP and Nuclear protection structures and a host of other sensitive builds for clients. I highly recommend Douglas no matter your reason for building, you can only imagine how spectacular a simple "wine-cellar" can be! I worked with Doug on joint venture projects when his office was located in the Chicago area. Doug is an architect with the highest professional standards. His construction documents are thorough and concise. Doug is also very creative. He is able to get a great bang for projects that have limited budgets. I know first hand from his 2nd story addition in Palatine, which was in my neighborhood. Doug is a design professional. He is always striving to create the optimal solution to his client's needs and desires. Doug is passionate about architecture. We taught studio classes at Judson University together. He inspired and mentored many young architects! It is with great privilege that I recommend Douglas Clark as architect!

Douglas designed a beautiful 1070 sq. ft. addition that I built on my existing home. The service provided exceeded my expectations. Douglas made multiple site visits to ensure a quality porduct as the outcome of his services and his rates are very reasonable. I would recommend Douglas Clark to anyone in need of new construction plans!

Finding an Architect with a personality you can mesh well with on a project can be tough. Luckily Doug's got it. After just briefly meeting him, I felt more comfortable with him than many of the professionals I've worked with in my past 7 years in the construction industry. Doug has lots to say but definitely puts focus on client interests.
