“I have never even thought to look outside of big box stores for appliances and I went to Barry's only on the a recommendation of a friend. I will never buy from anyone else but Barry's Appliance again. I dealt with Jason when I was looking to buy a new washer and dryer in hurry. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his products. He guided me to appropriate models and was even able to give me extremely competitive pricing. I felt like he cared about what I was buying and wanted me to be happy with the purchase. I can't say I ever had that kind of experience anywhere else.”

“Del’s installed my York heat pump/ furnace 5 years ago and it has worked beautifully until . . .the furnace blower motor went out 1 day after I brought my sister home from the hospital (recovering from pneumonia and a heart procedure). No worry, I called Del’s and a HVAC tech, Errol, came to my home the same day. Errol was so courteous and knowledgable. He had to obtain a replacement motor from York and was so concerned that we had no central heat that he actually came out the next day (a Saturday) to put it in. From start to finish I received excellent service. I could not have asked for better. Definitely recommend Del’s.”

“In my experience with appliance repair shops, they refuse to give a ball park estimate of how much repairs might cost. Instead they say you have to pay for an inspection. Not the case here. My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. Would recommend and definitely use again.”
