I describe how I wanted the background & numbers to look, lined up vertically along with suggested colors. Sent them photos of the front of the house so they could see where it would go. I was sent design drawings for approval along with the final cost and date of completion. I was delighted with the results and couldn't wait to hang it up! “On their website, I was able to choose from a wide variety of artists and subjects throughout their website. Once I found my painting, I was able to choose the size, border, wrap style, framing vs no frame and many more options! I loved the creative option of putting my painting in a virtual room on their website so that I was able to compare it in size to a piece of furniture. For instance, I was looking for a painting to go over my couch and on their website I was able to put the painting that I chose over a virtual "living room" setting and change the background wall color on the living room to match my own. It was VERY helpful in visualizing it. The painting arrived quickly and was packaged very safely so it arrived in perfect condition! My only complaint would be the cost of shipping, but I did have it shipped across the country! And they have great sales, so using one of those would offset the cost of shipping.”
