“When a friend of ours recommended someone she knew to paint a mural on our dining room ceiling, I had no idea a true artist was about to arrive! We wanted a skyscape mostly of clouds and some local birds flying that we were inspired to recreate after visiting a grand estate in Newport, RI! No small feat for sure! Mary Jane impressed us right from the start. The consultation period which consisted of listening to our ideas and then presenting many of her own, lead to a totally collaborative experience. I learned about paint techniques, about perspective and the curing process. We feel that together we created our own masterpiece!
