“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“I had King of Kings construction convert a large laundry room into a full bath with washer and dryer space. Love it!! Raul and his crew did beautiful work. They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! “Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. “I've worked with Justin and Cipriani Studios in the past at a previous firm. We worked side by side with Justin to help develop his projects. He has a very keen eye for the crisp lines and modern details that make his projects really pop. I've always thought of myself as one of the more pragmatic architects, while Justin is much more the dreamer and visionary, and it shows in his beautiful and original designs. He's one of the few architects or designers I know who is putting out really high end modern design in the Pittsburgh region, and it's a truly refreshing experience compared to so many of the cookie cutter suburban developments that continually take place. Justin is willing to take a risk on good design and urban infill projects, and it's paying off!”
