Greg recently renovated the master bath in my townhouse. We were unsure about the direction to take, so Greg came back to us with 3 different design options. After a little mix-match of the designs he went to work. I don't know about you, but it seems that every time I go to look for ideas for a project like this, I am confronted with images of mansions overlooking the ocean and the infinity pool sized bathtub that is set among a 6+ piece bathroom layout. We all live in a house that could host/sleep/feed a rugby team - right? I live in a fairly standard 3 bedroom townhouse in the inner suburbs. Nothing fancy here, just a regular family home. So I was a bit challenged for idea options via the normal methods (books/web/houzz). The project options and design given by Greg were incredibly valuable to get a good look and feel of where we were going to go. Constant consultation was also greatly appreciated we as had the chance to make some minor variations along the way. At the end of the project I have a completely new bathroom - and I love it. Greg made an effort to keep and re-purpose existing fixtures/hardware to avoid spending for no reason, but they were mostly in too poor condition to do this. With an incredible eye for detail, style and function in his designs, Greg's experience is clear in his work. A particularly good company if you're looking to reduce your environmental footprint and stick to your budget - he's creative at finding solutions that involve reuse/re-fabrication or upcycling. I am currently working with Greg on several small and one medium project in my home. Small projects: - transforming an under the stairs unfinished space in a shoe closet - updating the kitchen space (eat in table to change to a cabinet/island which will seat 2, changing desk into a bench) - roof repair Medium project: separation partial wall between dining and living room with 2 way fireplace and book shelves. Greg listens well, is able to bring my unfinished ideas into finished designs, asks good questions and brings forth interesting suggestions. He is knowledgeable in his field, has ideas on how to bring costs down, points out weak spots in what I want and overall is a good person to work with. He is patient, very respectful, and perceptive.

I had the opportunity to work with Greg at the design stage of a project. He developed a great design, was thorough in the costing of the work and established good relationships with the subcontractors. The clients loved his concept, design and choice of materials he proposed. The project was for an investment property and the owners realized their design desires were inconsistent with their budget and went in a different direction. I had an excellent experience working with Greg and I know the owners of the real estate investment were pleased with his efforts. Greg was very professional, reliable, comprehensive and attentive to detail whether it was design related, financial or needs related. He listens well and proposes sound solutions.
