“3 minutes ago We bought a house in late September and like most new homeowners we wanted to do some updating to our new home. The kitchen is the heart of a home, is where we get nourishment and congregate. So we decided to start with the kitchen, of course. “We had Pawling Closets design and install cabinetry in a very large walk-in in our master br. They did a really nice job and we're very glad we had them do it. I considered the diy options, and I do most things myself so I am certainly capable. I did all the prep (remove old shelving, spackle, paint) on the closet before the install. But the quality is much better and custom fit is a lot nicer than what is available from the sellers of modular dyo stuff. We put the closet makeover in the category of a kitchen/bath improvement, as something that is going to matter in a resale. The design came out perfect, snug right to the window trim as planned, and the installers were very neat, not marking the newly painted walls. They run a good operation, and are not one of the contractors that you call and don't always hear from and can't depend on. Design was quick, and the delivery was a few weeks later once the materials came in. They promptly installed, checked up, and kept us well informed along the way. Five stars from us!!!”
