After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). “From start to finish, these folks did a much better job than I expected, even though I have used Floortown before and never been disappointed. The workers were neat, quick and totally professional. Nothing was damaged, and they took everything with them when they left, scraps dirt and everything. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Our kitchen is going to be next and they will be doing it.”
