“Karen from Closet Factory designed my closets (13) and laundry room. We are extremely pleased with the designs, craftsmanship and service. Karen worked very hard to maximize all of our spaces. I especially LOVE my laundry room with 8 sorting baskets underneath the counter. The installers were very conscientious and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We have had a couple of necessary repairs since installation and they were out immediately to address the problem. We are very happy and would highly recommend Closet Factory. They were able to get our closet customized to our exact specifications and used a very helpful software program to help visualize the end product for us. The only weakness I would say is that they are a bit on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for with this company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.”
