Beth is very good at designing the closets and the installers are very professional, clean and friendly. Due to our new home being delayed we had to reschedule things a few times and Beth was very accommodating and very easy to work with when we had to make changes. “I was converting a spare bedroom into a huge closet. So I contacted this company. I believe her name was Christine, came and measured and assisted me with what I needed to be accomplished. A few weeks later two men led by Tony, I think , came and did the installation. They were very good. After they were gone I discovered a minor hiccup. I didn’t have access to an electrical outlet. I called and the owner said he had an easy fix and would bring the necessary fixes. They sent out another man the next morning. When he arrived and saw what needed to be done he tells me he’ll do the cutouts but I needed to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy some kind of adapter. I explained to him that his boss said he would have that and install that. In so many words he insinuating I was lying. I told him to get out of my house. He very rudely then left. I called the owner again and explained what had just happened. He was not happy. That afternoon Tony returned with the proper materials. Fixed the hiccups. He was very courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend this company as long as you don’t get the tall older rude man. Ask for Tony to be your installer. I’d give a five star if I didn’t have to deal with that one employee.”
