“Sophia and her crew at Closets, Etc. met all of my expectations and more. I didn't realize the importance of nice and organized closet interiors until I purchased a home built in 1915...wow, people had very little clothing or shoes then...so after finding Closets, Etc. on Angie's List (which also gave them 5 stars!) I gave them a call. I had always worried whether I was sacrificing quality in an older house by going with Melamine but changed my mind quickly after seeing the variety of the materials available today. And, after all, they are closets! That hold stuff! So attractiveness was the goal. Having custom wood closet interiors made seemed an unnecessary expense considering what is now an amazing finished product! Things were seamless...Sophia, the owner, came out and measured my meager closets and before I knew it I was sent plannograms in detail and by color of each closet design. And her prices were very competitive. The service and installation was also outstanding. I am especially happy with what was a narrow, almost unusable closet that now holds 200 pairs of shoes. What more could a girl ask for? I would highly recommend Closets, Etc. for any closet project, small (they even installed cubbies in my coat closet for gloves, hats and the unbrellas) to large (an entire basement closet configuration). You won't be disappointed! I had 7 (some full, some partial) closets done for $1800, a bargain....”

“I contacted Heather at the The Organized You for what I thought was help with just one project - designing a master bedroom closet. She collaborated with us throughout the process from initial idea through to completion. The closet is fantastic and functional, fairly priced (she actually saved us money), and I emerged with an organizer we adore - one who is talented, expert, kind, funny and greatly trustworthy. Since that time, we have: sorted and organized the walk-in attic, cleared out the basement and built shelves for storage and a work area with household tools and supplies, set up good recycling and shelving in the garage, transformed the bedroom of a now grown-up child into a guest room, created a filing system and great bookshelves for my home office, simplified and made usable the kitchen drawers and cabinets and more. Heather's help has made daily chores faster and easier for both my husband and me, and she has supported us in a wide variety of creative household projects. “Alisha..did a great presentation when she visited our home and really captured what we needed in the closets she designed. Having real color samples and samples of the actual material was a key factor in us choosing CC. She followed up with us and was willing to work with me in the final design and in meeting our budget. The 2 competitors that also bid on the job did not bring samples with them or brought color samples the size of a popsicle stick. They also did not have the same follow up or interest in doing the job.”
