“I am honored to have had the immense pleasure of working with Artisan Kitchen & Bath for my very first remodel. As a first timer, I was extremely anxious about pretty much every piece of the project. From the very first meeting, Mr. Albaugh brought a sense of calm to my chaos. I’ve never met a more detail oriented individual. For every question I had, he not only thoroughly answered me but also provided visual aid and backup options so that I could make my decision with absolute confidence. Albaugh offered thoughtful recommendations on cabinet style and finish, and met with me on site when I picked out my sink and faucet, again when I selected my counters and backsplash. His expert advice was extremely helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Once selections were confirmed, ordering the cabinets and appliances felt super easy. There weren’t any major delays in shipping and everything was miraculously undamaged - after years of watching HGTV remodels, I was certain there would be a fiasco during this step so I was THRILLED to have dodged that bullet. Albaugh and his team were meticulous in their assessment of each delivery, something I was extremely grateful for. When demo day came, I had full confidence in Albaugh and his team. They arrived on time and cleaned behind themselves each day. I was blown away by their efficiency and was very grateful for the time they spent to carefully remove my old cabinets so that they could be reused by family friends. Although my request was last minute, they were able to complete the task without causing any delays to the schedule. The posted remodel schedule was a HUGE help for my frazzled nerves. It helped me to know what to expect which reduced my stress level immensely. I was able to see what would be happening when and didn’t have to worry about any surprises. In fact, thanks to the complete faith I had, I was able to take my family to the beach while Albaugh and his team continued their work! He kept me updated on progress each day so I was able to enjoy some much needed downtime with my kiddos without the worry about how things were going back home. Not only did Artisan Kitchen & Bath deliver the kitchen of my dreams, they did so on time AND on budget. Two things which sounded impossible with previous GCs I interviewed. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. I have two other projects planned for my home and will absolutely be working with this amazing team again. “7 Day Kitchens is an Amazing Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Company in Charlotte! After several water leaks, replacing my 50 year-old particle board kitchen cabinets and laminate countertops took on a new urgency. An additional consideration was keeping my 88-year old mother comfortable while the kitchen remodeling project was taking place. I was extremely lucky to find Barry and 7 Day Kitchens in Charlotte!! Barry went above and beyond to research alternative cabinet builders and obtain sample finishes for me to find one that I liked. The next step was designing my new kitchen. After a few minor revisions of the plans, we were ready to go. Barry provided a contract and a final firm price. Barry was available at a moment's notice and responded instantly to my questions late on a Friday afternoon! Barry communicated regularly and consistently to keep me in the loop on schedules. As planned, the flooring crew arrived on a Monday morning and by 10 AM my kitchen had been cleared of all the old cabinets and flooring. The new floors were done around noon and looked great; and the new cabinets arrived shortly thereafter, followed by cabinet installers Jason and Robert. They did an amazing job with the installation, measuring very precisely to ensure everything fit perfectly and looked fabulous. I did not think that craftsmanship like that existed anymore! Jason even made a special trip on a Saturday evening to finish hooking up a bathroom sink so my mom would not be inconvenienced - even though this could easily have waited till the following week. I was really blown away by their work ethic. I was totally amazed at how quickly all the work progressed and was completed without creating any mess or being disruptive to my mom. My kitchen looks gorgeous now and I have gotten a lot of compliments on its new elegant look. It is also more functional, with more counter space and a beautiful new sink. Maybe best of all, I met a bunch of really good people who are passionate about doing great work and having fun while doing it. I whole-heartedly recommend 7 Day Kitchens in Charlotte for any kitchen or bath remodeling and would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.
