“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. “When we first met John Haynes of T.Ybarra Construction at a home show, we knew we would like working with him over the other companies we had looked at using. Besides the fact that the product looked awesome and in fact superior to the competition, John himself was what sold us on working with his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires, frank and straightforward in his communications and had creative and practical solutions and ideas for our troublesome space. We purchased the most beautiful brown metal patio cover (pergola) that blends with our house so well it looks like it was part of the original construction on our Spanish style house and totally looks like it’s wood. The pavers are absolutely gorgeous and transformed our long and narrow yard into an oasis, a stunning extension of our living space and in fact a space we never used since we bought the house. Now we love lounging under our patio covering – the transformation was amazing! My husband and I were both so impressed with how quickly and expertly the project was done. The design of the patio covering was totally custom made as our yard nor the house was square or even. The way they attached the beams to the house and the custom cut edging made it look perfectly even and normal. The craftsmanship was first class! Hugo and Gilberto, who constructed the cover, had to work in the rain and did an amazing and thorough job, working from an expert design drawn by John, but one that also required some adaptation to the quirky space on the spot. The pavers are a whole other piece of artistic excellence that Juan created for our patio. Again, since the patio could not be square, he had to hand cut a lot of stones and the design is exquisite and flawless! It’s not always easy to imagine what a design will ultimately look like from small samples of materials and drawings. But John made us feel confident and we could not be happier with our choices. We were extremely impressed with everyone who worked on this job and the end result exceeded our wildest expectations of what it would look like! “We needed to put in a small little area of pavers for a new addition we had just put in but when Adam came out, he suggested that we also do our front porch and path along the driveway to tie everything together. We had never even thought to do any of that and was very skeptical that we would be spending money on something that wouldn't even look all that great but we decided to go for it and I'm so glad we did. “Needed to provide shade on the south facing patio of our new home. Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product. Would very much recommend olis wood to anyone they do amazing work !!!”

This included a total of six sliding doors and 15 windows. They also extended an exterior wall and installed a side door in the garage. The staff are very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Ron Nelson was very easy to work with and had good suggestions. He has been in this business for several years and it shows. I would highly recommend this company for any project that they are able to do.”
