They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. “Jonathan and team were such a pleasure to work with! We envisioned a side deck built around a new hot tub we purchased, but we wanted the tub sunken, but still accessible. This required some creative thinking and design, which was exactly what we got. Jonathan built a beautiful deck, and the team was so professional. “I have used Keith, owner of Integribuilds LLC., for five different jobs. He has done a beautiful job every time. He listens to what I want and makes it happen. He is responsible. He shows up to do the job when he says he will be starting and completes it right away. He DOES NOT "leave you "hanging." He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He is friendly, extremely courteous and tidy. He is not the cheapest contractor, but you have to decide if you want quality. I loved working with him. (i worry about giving him too great of a review because he'll get so busy that I won't get him back!) Jean”

This company provided excellent service and quality. Steve was friendly, comfortable to be around and honest about when the project can start and the time it would take to complete the project. I was provided with prices and samples of the materials available for the new deck and stairs. The entire team showed a lot of pride in their work, very hard workers, arrived on time and left the working area clean. I couldn't believe how beautiful the new deck and stairs look.
