“Josh and Greenwood Builders completed a whole house remodel for us on our 1979 home in Centennial in 2023. We were out of state and making decisions remotely. Josh went the extra mile by sending photo/video updates regularly, helping us weigh countless decisions, and keeping the project moving. Josh does quality work and uses subs who share his commitment to quality. When the inevitable small issues arose after we had moved in, Josh was there quickly to help us find solutions and, where needed, get subs back out to make things right. We can't recommend Greenwood Builders enough.”

“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Rhi McG from conception to completion. I joke with Rhiannon that she helped me totally Rhi-Imagine my kitchen, but it is true. Mine was a total renovation and I had ideas of how I wanted my kitchen to look, but did not see a clear path for getting there. I thought we would be stuck with replacing cabinets and appliances in the existing foot print, but she was able to offer different design scenarios that looked great, functioned well and made economic sense. She did a great job of designing the layout and selecting the materials that transformed the space from a rustic feel to a modern, sleek, working kitchen. Throughout the process she did a great job of communicating expectations and schedules clearly, coordinating the various trades and course correcting when necessary. I would absolutely recommend Rhi McG to anyone who is looking for a partner that combines creativity, strong communications and the ability to execute. I love the finished product and enjoyed the overall experience.”

“From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Becky listened to all of our input and took all of our wants and needs into consideration. The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule and the crew doing the work were fabulous. We will be using them again on next major project! Our house was built in 1910 and they did a great job of incorporating the character and charm into the project! Couldn't be happier!”

“We hired the Hart Studio when we needed an architect to help us with our expansion/remodel plans. While we had a basic idea of what we wanted, Tom Hart really brought the project to life. He listened to what we wanted, asked questions regarding how we wanted to use the space and made sure it would fit in with the existing structure of the house. Tom was extremely easy to work with, creative in his ideas, responsive to our questions, always met deadlines and really guided us through the entire project. Tom did an exceptional job of tying in the old part of the house with the new part so it looked seamless, which was very important to us. It was a big project and could easily have been overwhelming but with Tom's help it was very manageable. We were thrilled with how the project turned out and would highly recommend the Hart Studio. If we ever do another project like this, we would hire Tom Hart and the Hart Studio again, without hesitation.”

“When we decided to finish our basement in our new home, my wife and I really did not know where to turn to find a reputable contractor. We searched on line and started to call several contractors to get estimates for our project. While going through several different companies, we discussed what our vision was as well as our budgetary constraints. It was very disappointing as to the caliber and cost of the several different responses we received. All of the bids that we received back did not fit within what our needs were and were well over our budget. We then found Bryan with Mission Basement Company through a personal referral. What a blessing it was to cross paths with Bryan and his company! We met with Bryan to discuss our needs and budget. He was very receptive to what we were looking for and our time constraints. Bryan and his contractors not only met met our expectations, he exceeded them ten fold. He was very responsive, willing to make changes to our project mid-stream and offered exceptional guidance, customizations and recommendations in making our basement finish a wonderful experience. The final product speaks for itself! We could not be happier with the professionalism, personal attention and quality of work that Mission Basement Company provided to us. “Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

“I pretty much knew want I wanted to do with my project. I warned Ellen I knew enough about architecture to be dangerous. Ellen recognized my requirements and was instrumental in identifying other considerations needed for the project. Included was a need for a code variance (setback). I was informed by the city, before starting the project, a code allowance(variance) was not required. Ellen’s code research was right. A code allowance was required. With her help, the review board approved the code allowance request unanimously. Our project involves bumping the attached garage eight feet to allow for a utility room between the garage and house. The design includes moving the washer and dryer out of the basement. As simple as the project sounds, there is a lot involved. Ellen listened to my wife’s concerns and ideas on the project. Together we achieved a very efficient design. We are now in the permit and construction phase of the project. I am looking forward to Ellen’s input. Ellen deserves your serious consideration.”
