“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. “The job they performed was outstanding. They ran into many unanticipated issues but they solved them quickly. None of the walls are even but they were able to work around that problem successfully. We had TAB property enhancements do a complete redo of our kitchen and bathroom and we are thrilled with the results. Trace, the owner, had many great suggestions for the look we wanted. “We hired Design Builders to replace our rotting deck. We worked together on the design and the process was excellent. James listened carefully and provided us with ideas and sketches. The collaboration was superb. We decided to extend the deck and add a pavilion. We found that the Design Builders price was competitive with other bidders. The construction period went quite well. The workers undertook their tasks seriously and kept the area around clean. The duration of the construction project was very reasonable and well within the estimated time. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Design Builders for other projects of this type.”
