Lee and his colleague fixed my window leak, replaced the rotten wood, caulked, cleaned the window and fungus from the exterior concrete ledge. They came on time and did an outstanding job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience with Lee at Craftsman Direct. Lee arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of the job at hand (ceiling water damage), and left me with a detailed quote that included his notes, pictures, and even video. I finally decided to have the work done 1.5 years later (which was no problem at all). Lee did a great job, demonstrating obvious passion and knowledge in his craft as we chatted. In the end, the job was done right, for a fair price, and by friendly people, so thank you!

Craftsman Direct installed a sliding glass door for us and did a fabulous job. Any issues were resolved quickly and we are very happy with the final result.

The job was coordinated well by project manager Kevin and, although took a bit longer than originally anticipated, no detail was overlooked. He was pleasant to work with and contributed fantastic design suggestions. This was our 2nd project with Kevin - we would not hesitate to hire him again!

Lee at Craftsman Direct was very professional, punctual, and thorough throughout his work on our project, which included various repairs to an old building, He provided thoughtful estimates for all repairs, taking into consideration cost, effectiveness, and longevity. His team performed all work efficiently and to a high standard. Lee provided exceptional customer service when we had questions or concerns. For example, after Craftsman Direct installed new weather stripping to an exterior door, per our request, the deadbolt was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. We informed Lee of the new problem and he promptly scheduled an appointment to come and fix the situation. He performed the work to relieve pressure around the deadbolt, then reviewed it with us to ensure we were happy with the result. He was careful to balance both our original concern about weatherizing with the new concern about being able to deadbolt the door. We couldn't be happier with Craftsman Direct and will continue to do business with them in the future! We were very pleased with their professionalism and work!

Craftsman Direct did a great job taking care of some wood rot repair at my brother's house for us. Their deck had been installed without proper flashing and it had created a lot of rot at the base of the wall. Despite the damage being more extensive than originally expected, they were able to get the work done within the original estimate. Everything was done in a timely way, and communicated clearly.

Craftsman Direct is an outstanding company. We've used them for 5 renovation products over a period of 10 years, and they continue to astound me with their focus on every detail of a project, from cost estimates, timely deadlines, professional people ... who are easy to communicate with .. and of course great work that I can brag about. When I hear all the horror stories about companies that people have hired, I just tell them next time to use Craftsman Direct.

This is the second time we had Craftsmen Direct do repairs on our house. In both cases these were difficult issues due to the builder not doing their job correctly in the first place. In this specific case, we had rot behind the gutters and facia on the house (only 13 years old). Craftsmen Direct started the work, found the actual root cause of the problem, communicated to me (a very minor additional charge) and then stopped everything, went and purchased additional materials and resumed and completed the job. The work is perfect, you absolutely can't tell anything was ever wrong. The two guys who worked on the house did an outstanding job and were very polite to my wife. We have had the same excellent experience twice now. I can recommend them without reservation.

I had a difficult job to do in a difficult location, I had been trying to get done for two years. Craftsman Direct promptly assessed the situation and sent competent specialist workers to perform the work including removing and entire floor of rotted wood assisting the supports, replacing the floor (a bath) and tiled it, replaced with new toilet and sink and bath. The followed this up with miscellaneous repairs : installing a ceiling, replacing two plaster panels in another place, repairing floor (rotted) under a washing machine. they installed four door knobs. The workers were competent and polite. Kept me informed of problems, changes, and progress of the job. All this in one Week! I am very pleased with every aspect of this job including the cost which I considered fair and appropriate.
