They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. “Geno Scopeletti and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I have a 96-year-old house with lots of character, but its age brings with it construction and repair challenges. During the past nine years, since we first met, Geno has undertaken a number of major projects to both repair and enhance the property – including replacing all the intricate woodwork on the front porch and updating the kitchen with some tasteful suggestions. His knowledge and attention to detail coupled with his upbeat approach has helped to make all our projects, even the most complicated ones, go smoothly and successfully. Geno and his skilled team clearly pride themselves on delivering a high standard of craftsmanship and service. The workmen show up on time and are polite. “Our 3,600 Sq. Ft. house burned down but not completely. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). They worked through the winter of 2015/2016 and we got our house back by fall 2016. Thank you Built By Pros”

“My name is Stacey Svihla, I'm a Certified Interior Decorator. My home was renovated by Albert and his crew and worked on for about 2.5 months. Everyone involved was very kind, polite and respectful. In that time, the walls between the living room, kitchen and family room were taken down, to create an open concept living space. All the builder grade carpet, tile and parquet were removed on the main floor and replaced with hand scraped, wide plank, honed finished hard maple hardwood. Both stair cases were sanded and re-stained to match new hardwood and new white pickets installed. The popcorn ceiling was scraped to give way for a fresh, clean and smooth ceiling. The original kitchen was removed set up in the garage for storage. A custom kitchen was built and installed, in Benjamin Moore's Simply White. Several of the adjoining walls were given rounded corners to add softness to the space. A guest bedroom and full three piece bathroom were also added in the already half finished basement.”
