“Great job and the house looks great. They blew away my expectations. I told them what we wanted and stayed out of the way and let them work their magic. They delivered! Since it is my house I am a little bias towards their work so the best reviews are from our guests who are blown away by the design. The word "house-envy" is often used. Beyond that they continue to answer the phone and assist long after their piece of the project was completed. We are happy to call them friends.”

“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”

Corey stepped in to manage the project & ran the show from A-Z, bringing us up to speed on the process of work, costs, or any concerns that he or any of his team of tradesmen found. “Great professional company to work with. I have used them on two separate projects and look forward to working with them on another remodel in the coming year. The first project was to relocate a stairway in our primary residence which they did a fantastic job. Came up with unique designs and layouts and took into account our lifestyle and other rooms throughout the house to be sure everything flowed together properly. The second project was a commercial college locker room remodel. Once again, everything was handled and designed very well. We are now beginning our kitchen/dining/living area remodel with them ANC everything is going great. One of the most professional contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Well organized, on time to all meetings, and easy to communicate with through all phases of our projects.”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”

“Our family was interested in a property, but it was already too small for our family, and it was in an area where there was not a whole lot of options as far as city codes and what not. We had Dale design a couple different options for the property seeing if we were able to transform an 800 square foot two bedroom one bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home, basically redesigning the entire home to suit our needs. Although in the end, we decided not to move forward with buying the home due to the project just being completely out of our scope and with the codes of the city, we were only able to come up with a three bedroom home. We had our own ideas in how the design should go, and he was extremely patient with us in finding ways to meet our needs in the close to six months he worked with us, with just creating different layouts of the home. We are definitely reaching out to Dale anytime we have a house renovation project to utilize his expertise in design for our home. He demonstrated knowledge and had the patience with us wanting something that just was not plausible.”
