“Nick and his Dad are the best. They redid our two baths and kitchen. The upstairs bath was a complete tear down. The kitchen/family room was transformed from a 1960's kitchen to granite, stainless, windows, doors, walls, pantries, utility room, etc. They were professional, insightful, knowledgeable and finished our job in a timely fashion. We were living in another state and travelling back and forth and never had a delay or worry. We were in our house by May. He recommended other professionals for painting, insulation, etc. and they also were great to work with. His tile guys were the best. Can only say nice things about this contractor and would highly recommend them for any small or large job.”

“IDEAL CDR has helped us with several major projects in our home, including a deck, a kitchen upgrade, a family room upgrade with a gas fireplace and a shower repair. They are incredible--everyone is extremely professional, friendly and kind. And, most importantly, their work is absolutely top-notch. They are attentive to detail, timely and concerned about doing the best possible job and they hold their subcontractors to the same high level of performance. In addition, they are creative and have terrific suggestions as to how to improve upon basic ideas as to how projects can be carried out. We have received many, many compliments about our family room "makeover" and it is now the focal point of our home. “While we have not technically begun breaking ground on our project yet, my husband and I have been working with Mike from Michael Roberts Construction for the past few months in preparation for our whole house renovation. Mike has been exceedingly patient and helpful in helping us along the planning and design process. My husband and I are both very opinionated, and a bit OCD. Mike has been an amazing help in leading us along to design the house to meet our tastes, while keeping us steadily in line for a realistic plan - in regards to time and money. I appreciate his honestly, expert advice, and constant professionalism throughout what can be a very stressful and momentous time. I look forward to sharing the photos of the project when it is completed by Mike and his talented wife Ellie.
