This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. “Modern Craft has now completed three different projects for me. Each one has been a resounding success. Wiley has a gift for envisioning solutions to problems where others have given up. He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that. We were unable to achieve our goal until we met Wiley, two days later we were presented with a solution and have enjoyed that room for several years now. Their design sense is a huge asset that gives them an edge over the competition. “We chose to work with M5 based on a reccomendation from one of their past clients. After discussing our needs with several contractors we felt M5 was best suited to handled the scope of the work we needed, a total remodel after a flood. Bret, and his entire staff, made an extremely complicated situation easy and pleasurable. From working with our insurance carrier to keeping the project within budget, they were clean, efficient and completed the job within the time frame initially discussed. Any issue we encountered was addressed and remedied. Ultimately the finished product exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism through the entire process. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family, and would personally hire them again, should the need arise.”

“Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”
