“We chose to work with M5 based on a reccomendation from one of their past clients. After discussing our needs with several contractors we felt M5 was best suited to handled the scope of the work we needed, a total remodel after a flood. Bret, and his entire staff, made an extremely complicated situation easy and pleasurable. From working with our insurance carrier to keeping the project within budget, they were clean, efficient and completed the job within the time frame initially discussed. Any issue we encountered was addressed and remedied. Ultimately the finished product exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism through the entire process. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family, and would personally hire them again, should the need arise.”

Jeff was creative in solving the structural challenges and in being cost-effective. On the straightforward remodel, we ran into unexpected acoustical challenges. “Greg Alford with Alford Homes was the builder for our home in Gentle Creek Phase 7 in Prosper, Texas. We soon found him to be a very experienced builder who had good ideas, but always listened to our ideas also. He was professional at all times and explained well each step of the building project. We received timely updates of the work and notices when we exceeded our allowances. Since we were living in Houston during the building, we received texts or emails to keep us informed. Also, we found all his workers to be the best. His vendors could not have been more helpful. Building this home was a very good experience for us and we highly recommend Alford Homes to build your home.”

“Mr. Knight is the most professional man I have had the pleasure of dealing with for the kitchen project and new television cabinet and redo bay windows in my garage. He uses the highest quality products and crew for every detail and project. He maintains the highest of standards even when lower bids edge out jobs. His wife is just as professional and well versed on the details as her husband. All I can add is they are down to earth, and solid as a rock!!”
