“They installed a concrete block wall on the east side of my property, repaired a small portion of the garage concrete slab, poured a new concrete garage slab outside of the garage door, poured concrete by fence posts, poured concrete along the concrete block wall, roof repaired by installing missing shingles on the east side of the house, north side of the chimney and nailed existing fascia on the west side of the house. Each person was very professional. All the projects were completed quickly and timely with beautiful quality ending results. All my questions were answered by Heather, Jennifer, Dave and his crew. Each person was very knowledgeable about each project. I am very satisfied with the completion of each project. I would hire this company again for future projects.”

“We've had crews from SJ Janis work on two separate projects over the years; one was to remodel the entire four bedroom second floor (including taking off 5 layers of roofing!) of our 100 year old home. The second was five years later for a sun porch update. Both were conducted with professionalism that made us not lose sleep at night (at least the fact that they came on time every day, cleaned up routinely and were very amiable to work with). They had great ideas, had good work ethic, and made our first project (the whole family lived in our living room for nine months) very tolerable. Even with mostly different people for the two projects, the core values of the company were consistent.”

“I would highly recommend Rigsby Group, Inc. They remodeled our kitchen dinette area and did an excellent job. At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our experience was very positive. The job was completed on schedule and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We love our new kitchen! Joe and Carrie H.”

“The folks at UBUILDIT made building my first house such a pleasure. They were respectful of my wishes in the design, we're careful to answer my questions about things that I didn't understand, walked me through the finance process, and in general answered all my questions and concerns quickly and straightforwardly. The subcontractors and providers that they let me to turned out to be to be a wonderful group as well. I left the process feeling very proud of myself in being the contractor for the project, but I could never have done it without the people at UBUILDIT standing by my side. My only regret is that I waited until retirement to build my first house with UBUILDIT.”

Steve patiently worked hand in hand with us to create a design that met our lifestyle and our design aesthetic. The quality of work met and exceeded even our exacting standards. The project included a major addition to our house that included a complete kitchen renovation, adding a mudroom, adding a laundry room and and addition/renovation of three bedrooms.”

“Passion for Design, Quality and Customer Service. Our 1st project with Ruvin Bros. was 4 year ago. They designed and built our 2 level addition and garage. Ruvin Bros. listened to the needs of our family of 6 and created a masterpiece that we only wish we had done 15 years earlier! Their design process was insightful and professional. The construction and final product of our new space is simply stunning and was completed on time which was a huge plus for our family so we could get back to normal life in our home. We are currently working on our 2nd project with Ruvin Bros. Although it is a small project (full bath), every attention to detail is there, just as it was for our 1st project.
