“After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! He enjoyed design and shared some of his thoughts with us as we were telling him what we wanted done. We quickly learned to trust his judgment with things like tile patterns and layouts. And none of them came with additional cost - he just wanted the project to look nice. And it does! These guys did amazing work, and we're so happy we chose him.
