“We recently engaged Corbet Custom Design to fully renovate our 2,700 square foot apartment and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large job which included complete gutting of all rooms and replacement of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, flooring, windows and decking. The main living space was transformed from a compartmentalized, outdated design to a bright and airy, open plan layout. Tracy was attentive to every detail from earliest planning to occupancy permit. Tracy starts with a fabulous sense of design. Every space, every colour, every texture and nuance are carefully considered and delivered to perfection. Yet she is always budget conscious. Overseeing all materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinets and sub trades, Tracy kept us on track with our costs throughout the 5 month job. And she finished right on schedule, which allowed us to move on the planned date. All the while, Tracy oversaw every detail of our renovation, ensuring the work was complete to the highest standards. The end result is so much more beautiful and livable that we had ever imagined. This is where we believe Tracy’s true vision is proven. “Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. “I contacted Mike about renovating my bathroom after I saw the renovations he did in my friends' condo. From my first meeting with Mike through the entire process I was very happy with his work and his professionalism. We worked together to create a vision that was within my budget. He sent me lots of photos from past projects so I could form ideas. Mike always contacted me before doing extra work which would add cost to the project or making any changes to the plan. During the renovation he was careful not to damage anything in my apartment and kept the space as clean as possible. I have been enjoying my bathroom now for over 6 months and have no complaints other than that he is a popular guy and I will have to wait in line the next time I am looking for a renovation!”

After our first meeting with Mila we knew that her design ideas and style would match what we were looking for to renovate our home. Mila exceeded our expectations throughout the 4 month interior and exterior transformation of our home. She and her crew was always pleasant, punctual and professional. Mila was able to anticipate our needs and direct our focus to ensure we stayed within budget. She was excellent at communicating with the trades to make sure that everything was carried out as planned. She brought a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to our project.
