Due to the fact that our house was built in the 1930's, adjustments were made as needed when structural issues arose. In addition, the area is cleaned after each day of construction. The front porch is beautiful and we have received many compliments by the neighbors. The kitchen rebuild/remodel (with approximately 3 weeks until finished) is exceeding our expectations. “II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”
