Mark and Patti Andregg came to our original meeting ready to listen to what my husband and I wanted and were able to take that and make our dreams a reality while at the same time offering invaluable advice and suggestions. They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. “They were very professional when I asked them to give me a generalized bid (dollar per square foot) on a custom home, and I was up front that I had a builder already in mine but wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark for custom home pricing. They had built a home for my neighbors and had done a great job. Ultimately I went with the builder I had already begun the process with, and this particular builder is very closely tied to my family. Had this not been the case, I'm confident Amber DiLane would have been my top 1 or 2 choice based on the work I've seen, recommendations from others who've used them, and overall reputation.”

“Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that.
