I found Patricia in particular, and all of the contractors and support staff she works with extremely professional, respectful and polite in every way. They are always mindful of peoples' budgets and time constraints. No job is too big or too small! The work produced is of excellent quality and Patricia leaves no detail un-attended to. In addition, the client always has input and guidance from Patricia before start-up , and also as the work is in progress so, if need be, minor modifications can always be made so that the finished product is exactly what the client had envisioned. I would not hesitate to use In Residence Design again or to recommend them to friends and family.
