“I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and called Pat O'Neill. She came by within a half hour, discovered it could not be repaired and showed me why. By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water. She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“We purchased a 1907 Victorian in San Francisco and with the typical small early 1900's bed & bathrooms, we decided to fully remodel the existing bath, add an additional en suite bath and a separate half bath. We contacted five individual plumbing companies for proposals & prices, with the expected wide variety of results. Ace came in with what ended up being a right in the middle price, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, while one company didn't even bother giving us a proposal. The project ended up taking a bit longer than we hoped, not because they were slow, mostly due to the fact that the existing plumbing was a 100+ years old. Ace ended up doing a great job on each of our new 2 1/2 baths and we couldn't be happier. The few issues that popped up, were quickly corrected and the response time was as good as could be hoped for. I will absolutely use Ace for any of my plumbing needs going forward and I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.”

It was a pleasure dealing with people who really knew their business and spoke honestly about what I needed and the best fixtures for the job I wanted done. Also very important were the realistic time frames given ahead of time for the job; I knew what to expect and when it would happen. His team also deserves great praise for the way they opened a wall and plastered it without mess or fuss. All in all, I would recommend Anthony and his team for any project. “I hired Same Day Service Plumbing, Heating & Air Inc. this past year after a neighbor had recommended them, and was very pleased with the results. They installed a Halo water filtration system, an attic fan, and an air filtration system. Everyone was polite, worked hard, and didn't leave until the job was done right. I'm still very happy with all of the products they've installed and would definitely recommend them!”
