“The Fornetto outdoor wood burning oven was a great idea. Not only is it simple and economical to use, but the quality of food, that is the end result, will have your mouth watering. The pizzas cook through and the crust is to die for, the flavor can not be beat. I am excited to try the great recipes suggested by our sales person, and to use the flavored wood chip option on the oven and grill some meats/fish/veggies. I can even bake deserts, a nice warm cobbler sounds good. This was the perfect addition to our patio set. The memories and fun it has created for my family can not be beat.

“After several cold winters, my husband and I became interested in purchasing a wood stove to heat the basement of our home. Unfortunately, neither of us had every owned or operated a wood stove. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fire Glow were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous! They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove. Fire Glow kept in contact each step of the process and were willing to work the scheduling around our basement renovation. Our installer did a wonderful job- the installation was impeccable! He walked us through stove operation, chimney maintenance, and was kind enough to answer our remaining questions/concerns. Bottom line- from beginning to end, Fire Glow went above and beyond our expectations! We are very grateful for the positive experience that we had and will gladly remain loyal customers.”

“Purchased a fire place for on Black Friday and the price was more affordable for the fire place than competing websites. We saved $100! Due to the holiday business, it was slightly difficult to reach the company at first, but they were prompt responding through social media. The fire place was shipped and delivered within 1 week of placing the order. Set up was forward and easy. After set up, we love our new fire place and hope it lasts us many years to come.
The fire place itself has several features that are controlled via remote control.
Overall, a great buy from a prompt company, that I do surely recommend.”
