“We have worked with the Gas Log Fire on 2 separate occasions, and have had them install 1 external gas log fire, and 1 gas fire pit at projects of ours. We were initially impressed with their knowledge on the details that are specific to projects such as these. With regulations and logistics to keep in mind, we felt that they had the knowledge that could steer us in the right direction, in both the selection of the units, as well as the appropriate housing. When it came to the installation, it was stress free. They turned up when they said they would, the installation ran on time and budget, and we were kept informed at all stages (traits that are often lacking when dealing with suppliers).
