“Brilliant service, professional throughout. We are over the moon with our Gazco fire it really does add a fabulous feature to our newly extended living room. Installation was seamless and ordering over the phone was great even when our item was out of stock everything was done to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend Kelvin Fireplaces enough if your thinking of ordering a fire don't hesitate to talk to Martin or Debbie!”

“Courtney replaced our existing fireplace completely and the old gas fire with a Morso wood burning stove in SS9, lining the rather narrow chimney. He did a superb job, and fitted in around the other trades etc. during a significant house extension project we undertook, putting up with delays etc. from the builders. He demonstrated his experience as this was the first burner we had installed and advised us throughout the project. He provided us with clear guidance, was punctual, and we are very happy with the end product (he supplied the stove as part of the job), sticking tithe agreed budget despite some minor changes (on our part) during the job. Good value, trustworthy and provided a high quality service, we would recommend Courtney for any fireplace / chimney / stove related work.”

“My wife and I recently had a a stunning antique fireplace installed in our home and from start to finish the service delivered by The Architectural Forum was fantastic. From organising the chimney sweep through to having the fireplace installed we had everything arranged and installed in a matter of weeks. The fitters were extremely professional and took great pride in making sure the fireplace was installed properly. We found The Architectural Forum to be extremely helpful, accommodating and very friendly and the finished product looks stunning!”

“We had a Metro 100XT/3 with a Limestone Shelf installed in our home in late 2016. We absolutely adore the fire and are forever complimented on how beautiful it is by visitors. It has added so much to our living room – from the sleek design to the realistic fire logs… it really is everything we could have asked for. Not only do we love the fire but I just want to highlight how incredible the staff at platonic are. The customer service we received was of the highest standard – it is always nice to deal with a company that care so much about their work. From the first site visit all the way through to the installation, the process was flawless and everyone we dealt with was helpful and a pleasure. We can’t thank you enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!”

“Fantastic service delivered on time and the fire looks amazing. Didn’t think we would be able to have a fire but with smartfire we didn’t need a chimney. Installation was quick and with no mess to the house now we have a warm and inviting room and our media wall with fire looks better than I ever thought possible! Highly recommend”
