“The service starts with the custom drawings and prices provided by their Washington office. They provide a price and drawing for your review in less then 24 hours in most cases. Upon acceptance it is about 5 weeks to have the door shipped across country to me. The doors are well crated and arrive in good condition. The product itself is well made and we have had little, if any issues with their workmanship. I have purchased well over 100 doors from this company. The California office has also provided us with technical support on their track and hardware systems whenever we have needed advice. I would recommend Ranch House to any dealer or homeowner and have their doors on my own home.”

“When I called Prestige Overhead Doors, the double, wooden door on our 1928 garage had collapsed. Within 20 minutes of leaving a message, the owner, Navid Rad, returned my call. Although booked for the day with other appointments, Navid promised me that he would send his “best technician” to my house between 4 – 6 p.m. Navid’s technician, “Nelson,” not only arrived on time, but based solely on a photo of our damaged door, he brought the heavy duty hardware required to repair the door. By 5:15 pm, our old door was opening/closing perfectly. Yesterday, in the rain, Navid personally returned to change the old springs on the door, at no additional labor cost. When you call Navid, you can be certain that a consummate professional, who is an expert in his field, will help you. Navid has treated me with respect, with patience, and with honesty. It is clear to me that he is a perfectionist in the work that he performs for his clients. If you call Navid, you will be grateful to have found him.”

“The garage door has been giving us fits, refusing to close at times. I finally searched online and gave Archway a call. Within the same afternoon the garage door was fixed -- and he said it was too simple and quick a fix to charge for it! I am so thankful that I've sat right down to write a review.
