Upon acceptance it is about 5 weeks to have the door shipped across country to me. The doors are well crated and arrive in good condition. The product itself is well made and we have had little, if any issues with their workmanship. I have purchased well over 100 doors from this company. The California office has also provided us with technical support on their track and hardware systems whenever we have needed advice. I would recommend Ranch House to any dealer or homeowner and have their doors on my own home.”

From my first phone call to Steve at Alight Overhead Door, I knew I had finally found the right person to help us realize our dream garage door while working within the limits of our budget. We purchased our first home in April 2013 however I had been clipping ideas for a realistic wood like rustic steel garage door for months. “I was @ my sister-in- laws house out of town and my son called me and told me that the door was stuck open. It was a disaster I had no idea how I was going to deal with it because I did not want to leave it open overnight and my son had no money. He called this company and they said it was no problem, that they could bill me over the phone which was such a relief. I was a bit worried about my 16 year old son being ripped off, but after the service was over, I called 2q other places and asked for the prices and it was a good price. They left their sticker on the door so I will be calling them if I need anything else. My son said the guy was good, and the lady over the phone was very easy to deal with.”

“After 14yrs of use my door opener died. i thought i’d have to wait at least a couple of days to get a new one but they told me he could be over the same day.i doubt you could get service that quick at somewhere more corporate. i prefer mom and pop businesses and this is one that really takes pride in the work they do. Jorge was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. i think less than an hour had passed and he had already taken apart the old one and put in the new one. he probably could have done it faster but i slowed him down by asking a bunch of questions lol. after looking at my support brackets he told me I should put in new ones and put them up very fast.
