“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“Italy American Construction was exactly the company I was looking for. I was able to deal with the owners directly and was treated like family. I quickly received the feeling they would satisfy my project needs even before any work had started. During the consultation I worked with one of their architects to discuss design ideas and I was able to receive accurate pricing for each idea. The project timing, customer service, and attention to detail was first rate. I was impressed with their ability to make such a large decision seem like a walk in the park. I have referred them to friends and family and they have delivered for them as well. I highly recommend this company.”

“Dave Olah built my home in 1998 that I still live in. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the way it has held up. In 2013 he did a total remodel, down to the studs, on a home I purchased to flip that caught fire. He made the home look like new and I was able to sell it for a profit. His work is excellent!”

“We would definitely recommend this company. Their rep, Bosko came out to our house and went through all of the different options available to us. He was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. We decided on Marvin windows for our entire house. Russ took care of our installation. He worked quickly, neatly and very professionally and was done in (1) day. We are very happy with everyone we dealt with and very happy with our end product.”

“It has been a pleasure doing business with The Renewal Group. Scott Barnes gave us an all-inclusive quote for the work we wanted done. Scott, Josh and the team showed up every day, bright and early, and ready to work. They worked hard, methodically and consistently through the whole process. The team worked as a cohesive group. They were professional, conscientious, meticulous, courteous and very capable with an eye for detail. We were not nickeled and dimed throughout the project, all increases in cost were driven by our design changes and clearly discussed up front. They answered any questions we had graciously with full explanations. They treated our home as if it were their own. Things went very well and we were impressed with the quality of the work. So impressed in fact, we hired them to complete another project before they finished the first one.
