From the first day till the end of the project, he came on the dot at 7:30AM and worked very efficiently throughout the day. No cigarette or coffee breaks, he had his little radio and it was hi ho hi ho ...off to work we go! At the end of every day the rubbish was collected and the area left neat and tidy. Great attention to detail and was able to work around my wife's very demanding requests. The sub-contractors he hired were also very good and professional (Electrician & Taper). This was really important for me as I have a little child and my wife stays at home. No profanity or any kind of trashy behavior at all. He thought about several little things which never crossed my mind, for example making in wall sockets for USB and Ethernet ports.
