“I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in my basement so I looked for a local company to give me a price to repair it. Accurate contracting was 1 of the places I called. Ron and Ryan (and the rest of the crew - thank you all) were available and gave me a price. Theirs was not the lowest, nor the highest price, but I was impressed with their professionalism, respect for me and my home and courtesy. That professionalism, respect and courtesy was not a fluke with the bidding process. The team completed the job and I am more than happy with it, especially the communication that kept me up to date. When it's time to replace the flooring in the basement, I will be reaching out to them again.”

“We hired Kuber Construction for a Master Bathroom Suite addition. The project involved enclosing a second floor exposed porch, complete existing bathroom demo and rebuild from the floor up. Rough and finish carpentry, exterior enclosure, new roof line, plumbing, electrical, extensive Travertine Tile work and finish painting (cradle to grave). Eric and his team were flawless both in professionalism and craftsmanship. Kurber Construction will be on the job for our next project, he was on time and on budget..”

“I contacted Kurt to do a kitchen back splash. His company was the top rated among 3 in my area that would be able to do the job. He was prompt in answering my email inquiry and followed up with a phone call. He came to the house, brought computer pictures with ideas and suggestions, brought samples of tile and borders to our home so we could see them in the area they would be used. His estimate was emailed to me and the final bill reflected the estimate to a tee. His associate Louie came to do the work and was professional, neat and did a wonderful job. He finished the job as promised and was very tolerant of my two dogs who wanted to watch his every move. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed this type of work done.”

They did a great job of listening to our ideas while providing creative suggestions and useful ideas along the way to eventually turn our vision into a reality. Despite the unforeseen challenges that come with renovating an old home, they still finished the project on time and with the highest quality. The end result turned out better than we imagined. “Stephanie and Steve did such a great job. They took our ideas and added to them to create our perfect basement. Stephanie had great insight into what we would like and helped us make the right decisions. Her background is definitely an asset. Steve's expert craftsmanship really shows through throughout the basement. His ideas on how to make our dreams into walls, arches, rooms and fantastic spaces was perfect. They took the extra step to identify a pre-existing problem that required a structural engineer to eval our home and then they took the additional steps to implement the solution. I felt that many others would have missed the subtle signs that he and his crew found. Post remodel, we had them come out to rebuild our chimney that became leaky and they worked on the roof in the hottest day of the entire summer. The entire team at One Room at a Time, Inc was fabulous. They all work well together, were respectful of our privacy and our home and really took pride in their work. We have plans to have them continue with other remodel projects in our home to include a master bathroom remodel and an attic. We give them our highest recommendations and have recommended them to family and friends. We look forward to working with them in the future.”
