“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. “Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“We had seen a kitchen and bath project done by Cambridge Home Renovations(CHR) so when the GC we hired for our home renovation disappeared from our project , we sought out Rod to estimate finishing the job. We hired CHR. We are so pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, good communication and the job getting done right. Our front porch, side entrance and rear porch look fabulous (minus the columns and railings for the front we Finally can order!) - not only does the finish work look great but mistakes made by the first GC were corrected!”
