“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“I was looking for a construction company for a room addition to my two-story residence. One of my coworker told me about Cultivate Construction and gave me their phone number. I am glad I called. Today I have one of the most beautiful house in the neighborhood. Starting with a room addition, I ended up not only with a new room with its bathroom, but also with a new roof and a total new painted house. Most of all the project was completed on time and within budget. None of this would be possible without the incredible management of Morgan Turek. “Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “"As good as it gets!" I wish I were able to give more than just 5 stars rating to this company. I've come across construction companies in the past, but the experience I've had with Precision is unparalleled. They show utmost professionalism on each level of interaction, from customer service, to communication, to end result. I truly believe I've had the best home remodeling company working on my room addition project. We started with the architectural plans, that took approx 10 weeks to approve. Measurements, drafts, suggestions were accurate the first time, and after the plans were approved by the City, we moved on with the project. Each day of work, I was getting a full report on the progress and/or issues that we were having. During the entire project we were constantly living in the house, and first I was worried when the work began. I didn't exactly know what to expect, but Steve, our project manager, was here every day, overseeing the process, and giving us a heads up a day in advance as to what to expect. My extra 490 sq.ft. master bedroom with bath came out absolutely incredible. The whole project was very smooth (obviously there were some problems along the way, but Steve handled everything and resolved the issues fast). Over all the project took almost 6 months, including the plans. I will not consider any other company for my future home improvement projects, except Precision Home Design & Remodeling. The name of the company speaks for itself! Steve and the whole crew have not just my gratitude, but that of my whole family as well.”

“Bradford Fox Builders performed renovations on two of my properties - a downtown condominium and a home in Point Loma. Brad Fox is well known for his quality work and personal interest in each and every job he undertakes. Both renovation projects required extensive customized work - electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry, completely new bathrooms and kitchens, etc. The key word here are 'quality' and the results are absolutely beautiful. Brad can be trusted to deliver what he promises. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”
