“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I could not have asked for a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have updated other areas of our home, but sought out a professional team for this large scale total remodel. The project included knocking down walls, painting, adding a new pantry, and adding new flooring/appliances/countertops/cabinets. Georgia Custom Construction was reliable and on time every day. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day before heading home (sometimes working overtime to get the job done for the day)! They communicated regularly on progress, answered all our questions with expert knowledge, and paid attention to every detail. They even made accommodations with my children and a dog running around while they completed the tasks. The huge job was successfully completed on time with no surprise fees or invoices when finished. I would use Georgia Custom Construction again and again for all my home projects - large and small!”

“From the time we hired Zett Quinn and Quality Craftsmen, our expectations were consistently exceeded. There was a clear-cut process for estimating the job (kitchen) as well as a one-stop-shop approach. This company covers all aspects (electric, tile, counter, cabinet) through a reliable network of material providers. Pricing very competitive and work is outstanding. “I hired Jeff Raw of Black Dawg Construction to perform a full renovation of a foreclosure property I was in the process of acquiring. At the very outset Jeff was attentive to the details of the project; pointing out areas of improvement that could be obtained at little or no cost to the project as a whole. As the General Contractor; Jeff always organized his project managers and sub-contractors to complete the tasks needed to prepare for the very next step of the project. The Black Dawg Construction team were able to take the broken bones of a 1980's home and transformed it into an amazing retreat in which I reside. I would hire Jeff Raw to perform additional home repair or renovation projects with and feel confident that my initial vision will be accomplished beyond what I'd hoped.”
