The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”

We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. We did and we are excited to move into our new Jupiter Beach home in June.”

“We recently remodeled a studio we purchased for guests who visit us. The project included the demolition of a kitchenettem and a bathroom, and the installation of new cabinets, wood flooring, granite countertops, appliances, wood molding and a custom Murphy bed in the sleeping area. My husband and I wanted a contractor who specializes in high end kitchens. We hired Paul Lopa (who had previously done two projects for us---a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel) as we were extremely impressed with his work, from beginning to end. For the studio project, Paul brought many samples to our home before the project commenced. It was very easy for us to select the materials, from the wood used for the cabinets and Murphy bed to the granite countertop and wood floor. We were also very pleased with the appliances he helped us select as well, as the kitchen was transformed into a full-fledged kitchen with an eat-at counter.
