The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects. “Concierge came to the rescue after our roof was damaged in a severe storm. They came the same day and were tarping our roof until 9pm in high winds making sure things were buttoned up - avoiding any real water damage. They came a few days later and replaced sections of shingles and trim. We’re prompt with communication estimates etc throughout, pricing was competitive. Work was impeccable, left the work site clean every day. To top it off the owners Dominic and PJ couldn’t be nicer and they are hustlers (work ethic I mean). “Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”
