“Joe Hannah is the best. My complex project in the basement included a bar, sauna, bedroom, and large entertainment area. All work was finished in a timely fashion and to complete satisfaction. He and his crew even helped move the mail ordered futon down to the basement. He worked had to find good value on cabinets without sacrificing on design and quality. He even suggested installing a cat door so the cats could get to their boxes without having to go through the finished part o the basement. While their crew is small, (generally 3-4 people), they provide MUCH better rates than a typical contractor. We’ve saved thousands versus having Home Depot or anyone else do our projects. My husband and I are retired and in our 70s. Our home improvement budget is only in the $15,000 range and with Talon we’re able stretch our budget to get a lot accomplished. Because of Jim and the time he’s spent looking for deals on windows, low-cost options on quartz countertops and installation, we’ve saved a lot of money. We’ve also had our own health issues and had to reschedule our installation with Jim several times, and he’s been extremely accommodating. We couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. Jim is our go-to guy for our entire family and we’d highly recommend him, not only because of the work he does, but because of the type of person he is.”
