“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“In my capacity as a kitchen and bath designer, I often have the opportunity to supply my clients with names of contractors to interview. I have worked with April Bettinger of Nip Tuck Remodeling many times. We recently finished a kitchen expansion and remodel late in 2012 that turned out beautifully. I like working with Nip Tuck because the company has an extremely high level of customer service and satisfaction. April’s construction teams are easy to work with and communicate seamlessly with my company, Provanti Designs, whenever there is a design or material installation question. This is so helpful for homeowners who want to stay on time and on budget. Nip Tuck establishes a thorough quote upfront that extensively covers the entire remodel project so that there are no surprises with the budget/quote as work progresses. And best of all, April develops a detailed project calendar that specifies which trades are doing what work on a daily basis along with stated weekly construction goals. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“As part of a backyard renovation project I designed in a unique tree house for the customer's children. Access was challenging. Building a kid-friendly tree house that mimics the home's architecture in the canopy of three large Douglas fir trees is not something a contractor does every month (or year!). Brian was detailed, creative and very well-composed through all the issues that arise in building such a unique feature. I look forward to utilizing Brian's skills on future creative projects.”

“The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks. When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”
