“Ken and his small crew did a great job with our MBA and Hall BA reno. This 2 month job involved demolition of the MBA, except built in tub, removal of all tile, replumbing for 2 sinks, and retiling entire bath; and Hall BA demo and replacement of tub and wall and floor tiles. Great job tiling the ceramic wood floor tiles. He stands by his work and patiently re-tiled the tub after our original tile selection failed to match the new tiles and the shower floor after one of his (now fired) worker's poor tile job. He finalized the project by hanging mirrors, wall cabinets and fixing a leaky shower. I'm happy with this contractor as he did what he promised in our contract, doing majority of the work himself...which is something many contractors fail to do.”
