Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “We hired Leonardo Construction to do a major kitchen and family room remodel in our home. We chose Leonardo because of their attention to detail, transparency and daily/weekly communication. Our project lasted 5 months and we lived in the home with our 3 young children during this time (pregnant with the 4th). Tiziano (owner) couldn’t have been more respectful of our home - everything was safeguarded so the kids could play safely while in a construction zone. Tiziano was on our job site daily ensuring everything was moving smoothly and on schedule. He managed his subcontractors very well and he worked side by side with our architect and interior designer! We would highly recommend Leonardo Construction as a contractor! We completed our project about 19 months ago and we are still very good friends with Tiziano and team...that says a lot!”

“I was referred to this company by the friend and decided to give them the chance. They very quick in scheduling free estimate and very professional and cost effective. I decided to hire them to do my hardwood flooring throughout my condo. They did excellent job and it was much cheaper then some other guys I had come out and do estimate. I would highly recommend S&S Company to anyone looking for great service and reasonable cost!”
