They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”

“King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”

“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! “I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I have been extremely disappointed - they either didn't show up/were 2 hours late, were completely unprofessional (cursing in front of me) or they never finished the work the were paid to do. Needless to say that I was very anxious about having to find a new contractor to put in our new kitchen. I found Freedom General Contracting by a recommendation from a friend. Leary, I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed by Steve's professional manner over the phone. He worked with my busy schedule and met me on a Sunday to look at the work I wanted to do and give me a quote. Steve's quote was right in line with the other 2 quotes I received, so the only thing I had to work with was the recommendation from my friend. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that I needed to do this because I was so impressed with FGC! Firstly, they showed up on time (that's a huge bonus point right there), they finished the job in the time frame given and the best part is my absolutely stunning kitchen (just in time for Christmas). I honestly didn't think it would ever come out as good as it did (I am extremely picky, so my husband says). They redid a dangerous (no kiddong) brick sidewalk, put in a beautiful brick driveway, and redid a winding brick pathway through the yard. BAUER construction literally rebuilt the house nextdoor. I watched their meticulous attention to detail, and the house looks amazing. As soon as possible, they are going to be replacing the cedar siding on part of my house.
