“Jim Guggenheim and his crew are amazing. The attention to detail always provides perfection yet never at the expense of his client's budget. The first service Guggenheim provided for me was at my residence in 2006, since then Jim has worked on my new home and my investment properties. The largest project, renovating my time-worn Shaker home. This included removing loadbearing walls, re-routing the HVAC, rebuilding the fireplace, new hardwood floors all completed under a very tight timeline & budget. The project came out beautifully Never once in twelve years have I been anything but satisfied with Guggenheim Construction!”
