“We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew. The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”

He met with us, looked over our space and explained the process. He also gave us ideas and made suggestions which made our decisions easier. Once the work began, Victor kept us informed every step of the way. His employees are hard-working and neat. The space was cleaned up daily. In summary, Edgedale Development LLC did a great job! We love our new deck and we highly recommend this company for your building and remodeling needs.”

“I hired Lost Pond to rebuild a small upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower that was failing after 20 years of use. I am now retired from an electrical industry electrical engineering position. I was an engineer, supervisor, project manager, program manager and created two standalone businesses from repeatable projects. So I wrote a specification for the job. Overkill? Yes but it was how I had been taught to do a project. Jeff responded promptly with a detailed bid that hit all the points. He even politely pointed out where my requirements violated the laws of physics. I agreed to a contract but had to hit the pause button while I had some medical issues addressed. That is behind me now and we have completed the job much to my satisfaction. Where there bumps in the road? Again yes but all were promptly addressed and solutions implemented. The employees of Lost Pond were all quite professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard and long. I have a much larger rebuild of my over-the-hill kitchen planned and you can be sure that Lone Pond will be the first I ask for a quote.”
